- Waking up each day feeling noticeably better than the previous day.
- Getting a compliment from the instructor on my homework of writing up an executive summary for this incomprehensible Orb memo.
- EN encouraging me to go to class and complete it, even if I have to do it at a slower pace/lower intensity since I felt like I was still recovering from being sick.
- Not needing to spend too much time to catch up from being out the last two mornings for the training.
- EN making sure to show us how to safely throw away the barbell if the weight got to be too much for our front squats.
- Finishing the workout, even though it took me over 15 minutes and involved running around the block outside in the cold, and had this med ball sit-up portion afterwards.
