- Not too difficult to saw up the carpet roll into pieces short enough to fit in the garbage can.
- Nico accepting a handoff back to my mom.
- More productive pairing with BS.
- Finding a UPS drop off box not that far from the library.
- Choosing wisely not to try for an additional evening project.
- Sewing kit available to tack neckline of dress.

- Discovering I'd left a note in the manual for my dad's sewing machine.
- Hemming both pairs of pants for my mom.
- Fixing the tears in two pairs of Nico's pants.
- Running a load of laundry while we were there.

- Someone on the Buy Nothing group offering up a car seat duffle bag for us to keep that fit perfectly.

- Good naps and peaceful bedtime.

- Dan taking over making Instant Pot risotto when I needed to go feed Nico and get him down for the third nap.
- Fitting all the backup pumping supplies and clothes for the offsite into a small suitcase still.

- Dan getting home a little earlier than usual to start bedtime not too late.
- Getting back into coding practice with solving days 1 and 2 of Advent of Code.

- Fireworks at midnight not waking Nico up.
- Getting one more day of sleeping in in the morning before Dan goes back to work.
- Writing up a blog post with pregnancy advice I'd saved up for awhile.
- ZK visiting.
- Watching the latest season of Peaky Blinders.
- Sewing all the currently pinned blocks.

- Breakfast of grits, frittata, kimchi, and blueberry muffins.

- Starting the latest season of Peaky Blinders while Dan took Nico out for a walk.
- Working on more pinning for my quilt.
- Quickly selling the baby scale.
- A completely peaceful bedtime, unlike the last couple nights.
Top good things in 2017:
- Having Nico.
- Landing the remote job with Heroku.
- Having many visits from family to help.
- Succeeding at not having to exclusively pump anymore.
- Seeing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London.
- Discovering the local Buy Nothing group for giving/receiving items with neighbors.

- Making it to the pediatrician's on time.
- Being able to stop by Modern Domestic and restock the thread I'm using for the quilt.
- Leftover meatloaf for lunch being quite tasty.
- Nico making up a lot of a sleep with a giant nap in the early afternoon.
- Sewing and ironing all the parts that had been pinned so far.
- Dan making me some hot chocolate.

- Taking the baked sweet potatoes out of the toaster oven before they burned.
- Meatloaf being rather tasty with all the spices in it.
- Finding that I didn't have to actually do too much squaring up on the 2x2 quilt blocks.
