1. No trees falling on our house or visibly downing power lines in our area.
2. Finishing most of the remaining thank you cards!
3. Reading The Corrections during the day to keep myself occupied.
4. A neighbor lending us a generator to power pumping water out of the flooded basement (and that I could use to charge my phone).
5. My aunt hauling out the gas burner back outside to make dinner and scrambled eggs for me, to stay Whole30 compliant.
6. Going to bed early and sleeping pretty well.
