- Remembering to pack gym clothes in the morning.
- Calling Dan on the way to the gym.
- Intake guy being cool about me wanting to focus on performance goals instead of weight loss.
- Intake guy at the gym mostly approving of my squat form.
- Not getting too soaked in the drizzle in the evening.
- Having crackers and clementines to stave off my hunger a bit.
