1. Really fun time at a tortilla-making class at the Portland Homestead Supply store, lots of good tips for cooking tortillas, gorditas, and sopas.
2. Getting the 10% off discount on the tortilla press I bought from the store afterwards.
3. Beautiful sunny day out, opened up all the blinds to let plenty of light in to our place.
4. Hanging up and arranging a lot of the prints and bric-a-brac.
5. Cleaned up a lot of decoration detritus and packed it away into the basement.
6. Making sous vide pork chops for dinner.
