9/28/14

  1. Frying up some bacon and eggs to go with toast for a full breakfast.
  2. Catching up with my BC friends over a Google Hangout for the first time in a couple months.
  3. Much larger harvest that I'd expected of the Swiss chard I'd been growing, and I even left some of the smaller stalks on there still to see how long they'd last on their own.
  4. Getting a couple laundry loads done.
  5. Sous vide pork chops turning out splendidly, even Dan liked them.
  6. Thinking of frying up the CSA turnips in the leftover butter from browning the pork chops.
A year ago today.
