1/5/15

  1. Fish and shrimp tacos at Los Gorditos being really good and just the right amount of food.
  2. The sous vide chicken and kale salad holding up really well overnight.
  3. Finding lemons in the kitchen for a bit more acid to add to the salad.
  4. Persevering and going to the gym to get the cardio part of yesterday's workout in.
  5. Feeling awesome and less sick after doing that cardio.
  6. Getting quite a bit of knitting done at trivia.
