1. Seeing the Diego Rivera & Frida Kahlo exhibit at the Detroit Institute of Arts with AS. Very cool to see a lot of the context and the preparatory sketches behind the eventual murals!
2. Fitting in running back to the exhibit’s gift shop when I found the store Frida closed, getting a Coney dog from Lafayette Coney Island, and meeting Mama G for the street art tour.
3. Really enjoying the giant and brightly colored murals around the city.
4. Driving by the DIA again before dinner and noticing that Frida was now open, so talked Mama G into going in. 
5. Picking up several cute waterproof clutches!
6. Empty middle seat next to me on the plane.
