1. Managing ok upstairs despite the heat and poor air quality.
2. Getting out to the baby bodywork appointment.
3. Leftover red roast duck curry with rice for lunch.
4. Taking a nap on the couch with air conditioning.
5. Catching up on the baby stuff washing.
6. Watching Birdman in the evening.

1. Sleeping in until 10.
2. Meat sauce with noodles and cucumbers for lunch and dinner.
3. Getting myself to make a bunch of necessary phone calls.
4. Taking a late afternoon nap on the couch where it was cool.
5. Dan going out to pick up another air filter.
6. Chilling on the couch with Nico sleeping in the Moby.

1. Dan taking care of all the nighttime feeds.
2. Taking morning and afternoon naps.
3. Cuddling and playing with Nico.

2. Buying fruit and Swiss chard at the farmers market.
3. Getting dim sum with my mom.
4. Getting in a couple more nursing sessions using the tube.
5. Taking care of looking over our finances for the past month.
6. Finishing pumping and sterilizing the parts earlier than in the last few days.

1. Settling Nico down during a 6am wakeup with some cuddling.
2. Re-reading The King of Attolia.
3. Finding that Dan had put everything back in the nursery already.
4. Lots of fun tummy time in the morning and evening.
5. Getting around to re-organizing the chest freezer finally.
6. Taking a late afternoon nap despite the warm room.

1. Sleeping longer stretches thanks to Dan and my mother-in-law taking the night shift.
2. Going to Costco with my mom and buying a Vitamix at a great discount.
3. Getting another home visit from the lactation consultant and being told we're doing what we can on our side.
4. Giving Nico his first bath.
5. Reaching out for support.
6. Getting in a shower before bed.

1. Having plenty of time to pull together the gift bag for JC.
2. Everything looking good to my doctor at the 2-week postpartum checkup.
3. Dropping off packages at the UPS store.
4. Sunny but not hot out while my mom and I sat outside for lunch.
5. Swaddling and other tutorials during JC's visit.
6. Watching all of A Few Good Men during Nico's evening nap.
