2/1/15

  1. Pretty quick to get the ham hock in the slow cooker in the morning before going to the gym.
  2. Early afternoon interview getting pushed back a bit, so I had time to finish up my workout at the gym without rushing and take a shower beforehand.
  3. Developing a system to prep for these interviews.
  4. Kale/sausage/wild rice gratin coming out quite well.
  5. Finishing up cooking the collard greens on the stove so that it wouldn't take that much longer to get dinner done.
  6. Knitting and watching Masterpiece Theater.
A year ago today.
