- Pretty quick to get the ham hock in the slow cooker in the morning before going to the gym.
- Early afternoon interview getting pushed back a bit, so I had time to finish up my workout at the gym without rushing and take a shower beforehand.
- Developing a system to prep for these interviews.
- Kale/sausage/wild rice gratin coming out quite well.
- Finishing up cooking the collard greens on the stove so that it wouldn't take that much longer to get dinner done.
- Knitting and watching Masterpiece Theater.
