10/9/16

  1. Having a productive early morning.
  2. Remembering some other wide mouth pint jars that I had.
  3. Dan getting me more jars.
  4. Making ramen with Swiss chard, fried eggs, and hot pickled peppers.
  5. Processing all the apples.
  6. Making an easier dinner and lunch for the week (pork chops, frittata, and chicken in tomatillo sauce).
