10/1/16

  1. Pushing weights/reps on bench press and deadlift both.
  2. Both dance classes repeating routines from previous weeks.
  3. Making noodles with kale, tomatoes, eggs, and hot pepper rings for lunch.
  4. Taking a two hour nap.
  5. Pressure cooking the rest of Dan's stew to finish in time before heading out.
  6. Seeing DC play with his band at Mississippi Studios.
