10/2/17

  1. Processing the batch of peaches to make peach butter.
  2. Timing pump sessions pretty well around Nico's naps.
  3. Making my mom's Taiwanese meat sauce recipe and using up more CSA meat.
  4. Fitting the 4lbs. of frozen jalapenos into 5 pint jars for canning into pickled hot pepper rings.
  5. Finishing all the other cooking projects for the day.
  6. Getting through Dan's first day back at work ok.
