- Processing the batch of peaches to make peach butter.
- Timing pump sessions pretty well around Nico's naps.
- Making my mom's Taiwanese meat sauce recipe and using up more CSA meat.
- Fitting the 4lbs. of frozen jalapenos into 5 pint jars for canning into pickled hot pepper rings.
- Finishing all the other cooking projects for the day.
- Getting through Dan's first day back at work ok.
