1. Vacuuming the apartment not taking too long.
2. Successfully hemming two pairs of Madewell jeans, one by actually cutting into it because it was too tapered to  while actually cutting them, rather than just folding them under, and hemming the denim pair the usual way.
3. Brisk but sunny weather outside as I biked to various errands.
4. Finally checking out the Hoboken Cheese Shop, nice selection of stuff and it's really not that far (5 blocks away).
5. Making up a couple loaves of bread using the artisan bread in 5 minutes/day technique.
6. Vanilla beans purchased over three years ago still being really fragrant for making vanilla roasted pears with CSA pears.
