12/3/12

  1. Warm breakfast of congee with all the toppings.
  2. Roasting up all the remaining CSA squash and making toasted squash seeds for a snack. Tastes like the kernel in popcorn but without any burnt taste.
  3. Going for a run! First time since the 10K in October.
  4. Pork chops with maple balsamic vinegar glazed turning out quite juicy and flavorful indeed and going well with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.
  5. Putting up the hooks for the three blue plates to hang over the stove.
  6. Finally hanging the gallery wall of souvenir posters/prints.
