- Warm breakfast of congee with all the toppings.
- Roasting up all the remaining CSA squash and making toasted squash seeds for a snack. Tastes like the kernel in popcorn but without any burnt taste.
- Going for a run! First time since the 10K in October.
- Pork chops with maple balsamic vinegar glazed turning out quite juicy and flavorful indeed and going well with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.
- Putting up the hooks for the three blue plates to hang over the stove.
- Finally hanging the gallery wall of souvenir posters/prints.
