1. Finding another direct flight that would get me to Dallas in time for the wedding after missing my morning flight.
2. DC reporting back that more help wasn't needed for setup after all.
3. Getting dressed and made up with plenty of time to get to the ceremony.
4. CP/TC getting married!
5. CP's whole family being nice and welcoming to me, particularly TP's dance moves and drunken professions of (platonic) admiration.
6. Getting seated at one of the few "reserved" tables to be able to hang out with MB/MP, who is really nice and funny.
