- Waking up at 7:30 feeling pretty refreshed.
- Having yogurt for breakfast at home.
- Getting a second serving of roast duck curry and rice to feel full for lunch.
- Finishing Mastiff in the Fortress of Solitude.
- Finding my water bottle at the gym after leaving it there on Sunday.
- Feeling pretty strong throughout my workout.
