  1. Sunbutter toast with apples and ginger tea for breakfast.
  2. Dealing with mail while waiting.
  3. Dan giving me a ride in the morning.
  4. Fixing performance test setup with MW and KN.
  5. Better kick-up practice at the gym.
  6. Deadlift feeling not bad despite the break.
