  1. Finishing 8 rounds of the CrossFit workout.
  2. Finding out I'm mostly sufficiently flexible during the mobility seminar.
  3. Reading Carry On again.
  4. Taking an afternoon nap on the couch.
  5. Noticing that it was still light out, even after 5.
  6. Making sweet potato hash for dinner.
