1. Getting a replacement driver's license only taking about half an hour.
2. Picking up a Lyft that was just about to drop someone else off at the DMV.
3. Sunny day outside.
4. Being able to order a replacement debit card now that I had my driver's license ID again.
5. Enough time for Jeopardy in the evening, even after making a frittata.
6. Passing time in the evening by reading Slate's parenting advice column.
