1. Feeling rested after waking up.
2. Getting to Newtown with time to check out the walking path.
3. Finding that the stuff on the basement floor probably wasn't mold but efflorescence instead.
4. Making it to all four open houses in Yardley that I'd bookmarked.
5. Dan's mom staying a bit later to hang out with Nico and giving us some time to get other stuff done.
6. Finally figuring out the bug in my code for Advent of Code Day 13!
