1. Dan having thought to pack a backup outfit.
2. Stopping in a Rite Aid parking lot so I could run in to buy supplies.
3. Nico giving us a good amount of time thanks to having a pencil and paper in his pop-up playard.
4. Successfully closing on the house!
5. Getting back with just enough time to prep Nico's lunch before dialing in to my first meeting.
6. Not too much trouble to switch over the utilities.
