- Manageably sore after last night's Crossfit class--enough to feel it, but not enough to be really incapacitated.
- Excellent lunch, lobster mac&cheese and a grilled cheese/ham sandwich.
- Just managing to squeeze in picking up order from The Container Store (very efficient) and running to Sephora to buy a tube of Supergoop to try out for a new facial sunscreen.
- Getting the form for at least the dead-lift, the TA for the on ramp class didn't make any correction comments at all on my second go around. It was fun, actually, figuring out how to move my body in the right way to pick up the weight.
- Finishing the Tabata squats workout!
- Unpacking The Container Store order and arranging the shelves and soap dispensers and things.
