- Starting the new strength training program designed for me by EM.
- Lunch of scrambled eggs on toast with avocado, cheese, and apples.
- Vacuuming up the apartment pretty quickly (easier to be less fussy when it's dark out and it's harder to see all the dust bunnies as much.
- Doing a couple loads of laundry, lots of clean underwear and socks again.
- Lots of TV vegging today, both the usual Sunday night shows and other random stuff on TV.
- Fixing my coat pockets that were coming apart and a button on a pair of Dan's pants.
