2/21/12

  1. Grabbing a quick early lunch with AJ.
  2. Meetings the afternoon getting canceled to free up more time.
  3. Cooking up a bacon burger on a rack to let more of the fat drain out.
  4. Time to eat dinner before getting to the gym.
  5. Making it an additional rep on the last set of overhead presses before failing.
  6. Finishing workout pretty quickly.
