1. Getting to CP's mom's home in plenty of time.
2. My yellow fascinator being a big hit.
3. Elaborate picnic by MB, especially the radish & cream cheese sandwiches, but also the first good watermelon feta salad I've ever had, plus fancy cocktails.
4. Picnic table situated to be able to see the horses walk by on their way in and out from the track.
5. Getting home by 11.
6. Keeping my sleepiness and falling into bed.
