1. Cobbling together quick a good breakfast of breakfast tacos with fried eggs, leftover tortillas, sour cream, and avocado from Dan's groceries last weekend.
2. Using the freezer space to help preserve all the tomatoes and catching up.
3. Booking flights with points and AirBnBs for the rest of the Portugal trip.
4. Listing a bunch of stuff I'd been meaning to sell for awhile on craigslist and eBay.
5. Lamb stew in the pressure cooker coming out beautifully!
6. Starting Dan's Seinfeld playlist.
