1. Cooking up the rest of the bag of potatoes into home fries.
2. Pulling the frittata out of the oven at the perfect time, for once.
3. Successfully selling the dining table.
4. Instant Pot chicken chile verde turning out well.
5. Dan running errands for me.
6. Realizing it was still light out enough at 5 to take Nico out again when he woke up from his third nap.
