10/28/14

  1. Getting to the gym in the morning for another morning workout!
  2. Filling up enough at lunch with leftover yakisoba from yesterday and one of the leftover hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Pulling out my Greek yogurt and granola during the team afternoon snack break.
  4. Getting my replacement Jawbone band in the mail.
  5. Pulling together roasted carrots, parsnips, and beets from last week with avocado and orange into a filling dinner salad.
  6. Cooking up the spaghetti squash, Swiss chard, and broccoli rabe with rib meat from the pig roast into lunch for the rest of the week.
