- Getting to the gym in the morning for another morning workout!
- Filling up enough at lunch with leftover yakisoba from yesterday and one of the leftover hard-boiled eggs.
- Pulling out my Greek yogurt and granola during the team afternoon snack break.
- Getting my replacement Jawbone band in the mail.
- Pulling together roasted carrots, parsnips, and beets from last week with avocado and orange into a filling dinner salad.
- Cooking up the spaghetti squash, Swiss chard, and broccoli rabe with rib meat from the pig roast into lunch for the rest of the week.
