8/1/12

  1. Another grilled cheese sandwich for lunch.
  2. Massage with AS.
  3. Getting solid coaching on the squat.
  4. Lentils for dinner.
  5. Finishing watching the evening's Olympics coverage relatively early so went to bed at a more reasonable hour than usual.
  6. Getting an email of the official photos from the triathlon which had photos of me at every stage. One particularly good one on my bike. 
A year ago today.
