- Another grilled cheese sandwich for lunch.
- Massage with AS.
- Getting solid coaching on the squat.
- Lentils for dinner.
- Finishing watching the evening's Olympics coverage relatively early so went to bed at a more reasonable hour than usual.
- Getting an email of the official photos from the triathlon which had photos of me at every stage. One particularly good one on my bike.
