1. Dan deciding to go back to the popcorn store to buy a Christmas gift in advance after all.
2. Excellent home fries at the breakfast cafe.
3. Catching up on sleep in the drive to the farm.
4. Learning to play Bananagrams with some strangers at the farm Open House. Turns out I'm pretty good, too!
5. Playing Chinese checkers and finally beating Dan at the end.
6. Finding the Albany hotel to be really nice, enormous room! Separate living room-like area, separate bathroom with its own sink from shower room.
