1. Finding Dan's sunglasses in my backpack after thinking he'd lost them yesterday.
2. Luggage carts available at the YNR train station, making it a lot easier to get to the airport with my old suitcase that had lost a wheel in the morning.
3. Air Canada letting us check our bags quite early, giving us time to go visit the Olympic Oval in Richmond.
4. Doing a self-guided tour around the outside of the Olympic Oval.
5. Free wi-fi at the Vancouver airport.
6. Finding a luggage cart on the sidewalk at Newark so we didn't have to pay for one.
